EmotionsIt's so amazing how quickly emotions can take you over. Before you know it, you've lost control. Your brain can't contain whats going on and it goes into auto pilot. It's kind of an explosion of anger, or love, or sorrow, or whatever it is that your feeling in that moment. These emotions are generally provoked by an outside force. Essentially, you are letting that outside force, whether it be work, a woman, a man, or a friend, control you. You have given into the easy way out and lost control.
